3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation

4. Subscription and Billing

- Share generated content with your team and congregation
- Export content to other platforms and tools
5.2 You May Not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you input into the Service (prompts, uploads, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.
6.2 Generated Content
Content generated by the AI is provided for your use. You may use, edit, and publish this content for your ministry purposes. However:
- AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
- You are responsible for ensuring content accuracy
- Similar content may be generated for other users
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Ministry Maximizer. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, AI providers). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Privacy Commitment: Your conversations and content are not used to train AI models. Ministry discussions remain confidential.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use. We are not responsible for any harm caused by reliance on AI-generated content.
9.3 Religious and Theological Content
The Service is a tool to assist with content creation. It is not a substitute for theological training, pastoral judgment, or spiritual discernment. AI-generated content should be reviewed for theological accuracy before use in ministry contexts.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINISTRY MAXIMIZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ministry Maximizer, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.
